I did see some SVG previews before and it did not render properly, to me.

The preview and the actual image do not match.
There is no real preview in the Gallery pages either. I get either a
blank sheet icon or the Adobe icon for the PDF files.
I would like to see if there was a way to add an image there instead of
letting the "system" decide on what it displayed.
