That is not necessary. Everyone is allowed to use the deletion
template https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Template:Delete
By applying it to a page, it will show up at
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Category:Deletion_Requests This
page is monitored by some wiki admins (as me) who are deleting the
pages after looking at the case.

In urgent cases you can add a request on this list. The admins are all
around here.
