I will let my hosting/email company know about this.
thanks! I am sorry, but there is really nothing I can do here. The blacklist is not interested in talking to anyone, they don't seem to be interested in correcting bad entries, which is why nobody should use it.
If there is an error in their listings and there is no was to correct it, then it is not a black list "list" that I would think would be good to use in their business.
Exactly.
I have not received and new bouncing messages since those 3 emails.
Hope it stays that way!
To be honest, How wedded are we to the 5.x.x.x IP address? Could we get one from the company that does not have any issues tied to it from past users?
Basically impossibe, or at least cost a fee and requires time to make the change. Honestly, I'd not do so for a blacklist that basically is none - even if I am very sorry that your account is affected. :-(
