thanks for keeping an eye on this! I've now enabled two more anitspam extensions and a large blacklist to see if this will cure the problem.
I will spend time this week with investigating further options, to be prepared before it gets worse. It seems there's a whole new spam wave coming up - I received feedback from other wiki admins suffering from similar issues all of a sudden.
