No, then the answers/options "yes and no" would also have to be there. "Not the version you wanted?" is a short form of "If this is not the version you want, go on and change the parameters below". So I'm not opposed to changing the string in general, but changing it to "Is this the version you wanted?" doesn't fit, since it is not a real question. It is an invitation to change the parameters if they don't fit.
