Hello,
Jos Poortvliet from OpenSUSE has kindly sent us the following mail. As I
lack time for this at the moment, with his approval, I forward it to
this list, to see if someone has interest in investigating it further. ;-)
I didn't have a look at the tool yet, but per se, our demands for travel
refund handling grow, and having a tool that can include several
authorizers might indeed be very helpful.

Dear Document Foundation Board,
Organizations like yours (LibreOffice/TDF) and ours (openSUSE) often
have to
deal with handling travel support requests; involving making decisions and
then handling the reimbursement.
This can grow to be a fair amount of work and seems like something that
can be
supported by a decent web app, don't you think? We thought so, and build
one.
It's free and open, of course, and the source is on github.
We thought you might be interested in it while you expand your efforts in
supporting the LibreOffice community. We wrote a blog explaining the
application and its use, you can read it here:
http://lizards.opensuse.org/?p=9454
The plan is to continue to maintain and improve it - patches are of course
welcome but we'd also happily answer questions and help if you run in
trouble
with it.
Ancor, in CC, is the developer of the TSP app on our team. I suggest you
shoot
questions his way! You can find him on freenode as ancorgs in #opensuse-
project. Of course, you can use mail.
We hope this can be useful for the Document Foundation.
Greetings,
The openSUSE team at SUSE
