Hi, I'm translating some programs and web sites to Bulgarian. The best workflow for me has fedoraproject.org [1]. It recognizes user browser's language and has a language selector at the top. Translations are managed by Transifex [2] and site synchronizes new translations on every 2 (I think) hours. Another test site stg.fedoraproject.org is used for new upcoming Fedora release. New translation branch generated from the main translation is used for each new release. At releasing new Fedora, this new branch becomes main.
