When I first configured ownCloud, the 'Common' folder[1] was set up to serve as a single shared folder for all of our LibreOffice content: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Owncloud#Our_Common_Space I stubbed-in folders for various teams like QA, Website, Marketing, and Documentation, and figured that was enough of a nudge to get people to keep things somewhat organized so that ownCloud wouldn't end up unusable[2]. There's a little fancy technical stuff going on behind the scenes[3], but the Common space is basically just a single folder shared with all of the users on ownCloud. I'm not sure about the other marketing folder. Did you set one up in your account? Cheers, --R [1] Originally named 'Shared', but renamed because of name confusion.
