On libreoffice.org I'm able to find how to raise a bug (there's a link to
https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/); however there aren't any
instructions for what to do if I would like to raise a new feature request.
It should be made clear on the Get Help pages
(https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/) whether feature requests should be
raised as bugs (if so, should we use any special tags?), or whether there's
some other preferred way to handle them.
