About Etherpad, I was suggesting the second one since the beginning of the conversation. About the severe problems and feedback: first of all I admit to have gone a little away from TDF work because I was busy with other things and the good luck you will have is only with maybe people who don't know how to read since I never went to a Microsoft or Google website and saw a paragraph which a 5 year-old would manage to do better.
