Hi Ahmad, I believe the mailinglist [email protected] would be the better choice for asking your question. This list here is really more about questions and discussions about our website itself and not for answering user questions about the program. Also, please be aware, that all our mailinglists don't allow attachments. If you want to show a screenshot that shows your problem, you will have to upload this image somewhere on the web and then just post a link to the image in the email, so that other users can go there and have a look at it.
