was people from all over the world at the conference.

Bern community picture - good idea
What about using a very well mixed conference and take a picture on
purpose? Just ask people to gather in the best mix possible and take a
pictuer from above down.
Ideally have them standing to display the characters LibO. 100 people
should be sufficient, 200 are better and picture taken from above.
Have fun with it.
There may be a need for a better explanation about all this approach. It
is not enough to come here and make recommendations about what we
"should" do. It is even better if you wish to do it yourself :-) ,
therefore contributing to the project. May I suggest you work on this
picture? Then we could upload it to the website.
