If you didn't see it after reloading the page after I wrote the mail, it is a bug, but one in your browser. the site uses "versioned" inlcudes of javascript like this: https://sl.libreoffice.org/mysite/javascript/download.js?m=1418141247"; i.e. the ?m=.... parameter. That ID does change whenever the file is udpated, yet your browser apparently still uses a locally chached version of the download.js without the fix.
