Use of a PayPal account seems to be required for a credit card donation. I think this should not be the case as even on eBay where PayPal got its start a user can make payment as a "Guest" without having or creating a PayPal account.
This morning I attempted to make a donation but it seems a PayPal account was required. Due to problems I have had in the past with PayPal I refuse to maintain a PayPal account.
