The TDF website itself runs on Silverstripe and as such it should be 
localizable. The only thing that would be complicated is that our statutes and 
the legal imprint are really only legally binding in German (can't remember if 
the English translation was validated though) but besides that I am not sure I 
understand why the website would not be localizable. 

If this is a matter of resources, of course everybody can live with the older 
pages on the  native lang sites and maybe add something saying the updated, 
reference version is online at http://....documentfoundation.org .
