 - belated thanks for that.

I've checked a few places over past few days and again today, but still not 
seeing the materials on the mirrors. Should they be there by now?

Have checked e.g. (and '/lfs/view/' and other variants, and generally 'nosed 
around'):

* http://lfs-matrix.net/lfs/downloads/  # Los Angeles, CA, USA [200 Mbps]
* http://lfs.osuosl.org/lfs/downloads/  # Corvallis, OR, USA [310 Mbps]
* http://mirror.vtx.ch/lfs/downloads/  # Lausanne, Switzerland [155 Mbps]

(Also some of the other mirrors seem a bit broken or out-of-date - e.g. not 
updated since 2/jan/2013, which I guess is ca one of the server changes.)
