I am now interviewing candidates for four hybrid Java Lead positions in either Fort Lauderdale, Florida or New Jersey, NJ. While the consultant will spend most of their time working remotely, they will be needed to visit the client's office twice weekly in either Fort Lauderdale, Florida or New Jersey, New Jersey. The consultant must be physically present or prepared to go to the location. Required: Computer science or a related graduate degree or technical certificate is necessary for the position. Need financial and business knowledge. standards for banks and technology (e.g., infrastructure, architecture, processes, applications). leading development teams for over 7 years. Java subject matter expertise and strong coding experience are necessary. 3.5+ Spring Boot (for dependency injection and we also use Spring-WS to call SOAP). JBoss application server experience with restful and microservice consumption and creation. Knowledge of WebSphere or Tomcat is acceptable. Excellent knowledge of GIT, Jenkins, MySQL, and Web Service development (J2EE and Web Services) (HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI), a capacity for effective stakeholder communication via writing, diagrams, and presentations Jira/Confluence requires multitasking, meeting deadlines, and adapting processes to project needs. Must be capable of working alone or in groups, organised, self-driven, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and optimistic. Must be proficient in JSSE, Maven, and scripting (Java script, XSLT, ANT), as well as have understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
