Thanks to skvidal and abadger we found out that my shared hosting
provider has simply banned all non-browser clients from accessing my
blog. wget/curl fail with a 403 Forbidden error, while every browser
works fine.

So it wasn't Planet Fedora's fault.

It seems I'm going to have to look for a new hosting provider.
