On the FEDORA DOWNLOADS BY FORMAT page, clicking on the button for "Go to
Spins Directory" brings you to the "https://fedoraproject.org/en/download-
splash?file=http://spins.fedoraproject.org/"; page.
Should not be bringing up the splash screen for downloads, it should just
redirect you to spins.fedoraproject.org.
