Hi there,

I've pushed a fix[1] that change the default home page regarding the
language code (it was APAC before, wrong to me). It is quite broken as
if you choose "es" you will be in EMEA instead of LATAM for Argentina
for example, but I think that it is best than always showing APAC.

While adding new community websites, I got a question:
Should the text be in the local language? (I've done like it was for
other countries, but all are not consistent).

Because I like consistency:
- Should all text be translatable (therefore the English version would
be updated)
- Or should the text be in the local language (i.e. not translatable)
--. => should this apply only for the subtitle(Communidad Usuarios
Argentina) , or olso to the title (Argentina)?

I am +1 for not translating the title (country) but not the subtitle.
