fedorapeople is a completely different system than fedorahosted. ;)
If you are someone who has cla+1other group, you have ssh access to
fedorapeople, so you could just do:
rsync -e ssh -av fedorapeople.org:/srv/groups/katello/ ./katello/
But there is no anon rsync access on that system.
