#181: Update SOP document

As wee did some important changes in the website building process we need
to update the SOP document [1].\\
Updating the document would be fine after merging the new translation
workflow into master (13th february). The new L10n specificities also have
to be pushed to transifex.\\
The 13th february il also the start to work definitely on Alpha branch for
F19.
In order to keep the best control over the sites when merging from one
branch to another I also wrote down a sort of checklist, which could be
useful to verify that everything on the new branch is working well. [2]
