I would discourage the ability to remove older spins from being
downloaded.
The only exception i could think of is if the last version of the spin is
already on an EOL version of Fedora. This would mean a person could still
download a spin version that's 1.5 years old.
A thought would be not to necessarily delete the spins page but maybe add
it to a spins.fp.o/archive/<spin-name> location.
