Comment:
The badge image links which were served over http are now served over
https.
I did a db update to make it happen.
Upstream bugs w.r.t. js and libravatar over http are still in progress,
but I'm closing this ticket now that the infrastructure-only portion is
done. Upstream bug will remain open until its all done.
