Yes, https://fedoraproject.org/en/get-help shows a forum link that points
to Ask Fedora while footer has a forum link that points to
fedoraforum.org. I would prefer we change consistently point forum to
fedoraforum.org and add a Ask Fedora link to the help page as well.
