#304: Create new pre-release pages for getfedora.org

It's rather early but we need to start to work to add pre-release pages to
the new domain getfedora.org. These pages must work for every pre-release
version (Fedora XX Alpha '''and''' Beta), therefor they need to use
variables and conditions as we used on fedoraproject.org.
We have a clean and simple design on the website, let's keep it like this
and add a page for every product. Any idea or proposal obviously is
welcome, that's why we are starting 2 months before Alpha release.
