Hi Rahul,
if your request is about creating a local community website for India there
are several options, but the best would be to use a in.fedoracommunity.org
domain name supplied by the Fedora Project. Time ago I wrote down an
unofficial draft [1] for requests like this, maybe it's time to get this
into the wiki. Please have a look at it and if you have questions please
ask.
You will also come accross the Trademark License Agreement [2] and the
actual guide about Local Community Domains [3].
