#325: Footer update for new websites and getfedora.org

We'll have 2 new websites for F22 GA and we need to update our footer.
* arm.fedoraproject.org
* labs.fedoraproject.org
* spins.fedoraproject.org
The last one is not really new, but redesigned completely.
Together with getfedora.org all websites use the same footer, and it needs
to be updated for every website (included getfedora.org). It's not just
adding the links, we need also to:
* check all links in every website, as they are sometimes relative
* ensure all websites are included
Also, there will be an issue with it, as the footer will have different
columns height. The footer needs to have a good layout and '''must''' work
on mobile (phones and tablets).
