Still not fixed.
I should note that (a) I do not use a local cache for Firefox, ie.
Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Connection is set to "No proxy".
(b) I DO have an IPv6 capable network connection, and fedoraproject.org
resolves to a very large set of servers, some using IPv6:
