Can you drop it for a while and see if it syncs out? Also, you should not even have a @fedoraproject.org alias IIRC. The wiki says: "In order to get your email aliases, you must create an account in the Fedora Account System <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/AccountSystem> . You must also sign the Contributor License Agreement and make sure you are also approved in at least one non CLA group as well." And you are not in any non CLA group.
