Hi Oliver, nice you have interest in joining our team, we build our pages mainy with HTML, CSS, some Python scripts and JS. Internationalization is done with genshi, the translation process is up to our translation team, which you can join too if you like ;) I guess you already followed our Join page [1] and arrived at point 5, so now just go ahead and look if you like some of our open tickets. You should also join us on #fedora-websites in freenode, some discussions are going on there or you can also just say hello.
