Have you talked to Daniel directly? Also can you provide a link the the post which you are reacting too? I haven't read the post in question (see link request above), however my understanding is that we welcome a lot of not directly related to Fedora material on the planet. I re-read the guidelines at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Planet?rd=Planet_HowTo Again, without having read the post in question, I can tell you that as an American living outside of the US I have become accustomed to reading what I feel are overly broad or somewhat naieve interpretations of US politics. What I have come to learn is that what I feel as an American is steeped in a lot of knowledge, tradition, cultural upbringing, and often baggage that is not present if you look a situation from a different cultural lens or just on the facts at hand. If the post esposed an offensive position we may need to consider whether action is necessary. If it just demonstrated a lack of understanding then we should fall back on assuming good intent.
