Yes. I have missed including them in the imported interfaces.

Some of the plugins don't have any dependencies, e.g: memcached, as per 
the collectd plugin documentation. However, postgressql plugin does seem 
to have a dependency on libpq which needs to be included. I will look at 
other plugins as well to see if I have missed including any other 
dependencies.|

I just followed one of the arc cases already submitted. It does make 
sense to list only the features which are enabled/disabled explicitly. I 
will rework on the ARC case.
