I always wanted to file a bug to correct this. But, some how never got 
to it.  This configuration file should have been named as 
SUNWlighttpd14-php52-conf or some thing like that to reflect that 
installing this package provides a glue between lighttpd 1.4 and php 
5.2. This would allow us to deliver another similar package with our 
upcoming php 5.3 release
