something I forgot to mention, which does need to be covered: move samples-conf.d/fcgid.conf to conf.d/fcgid.conf, following the philosophy that if an extension is installed then it should be enabled (the SharememPath and SocketPath directives inside will be renamed in favor of the new names: FcgidProcessTableFile and FcgidIPCDir)
