I you have Nevada installed (a recent one), all components of Web Stack are already in place. That's because Nevada installs all packages. If you were on OpenSolaris you get to pick and install chosen packages via 'pkg install ...' but on nevada it's all there already. I suspect you attempted to run the Solaris 10 Web Stack installer on Nevada? That won't work and is not necessary.
