Plan of action up to build 100 is now:
1) No separate package for the client libraries at this point.
We shall look at this in the subsequent implementation with
an ARC case, due to time constraints.
2) Integrate 5.0.67 as a drop-in replacement for 5.0.45.
Note: the mysql.com 5.0.67 introduced an incompatibility by
disabling the Federated engine by default. We will modify
the config files my*.cnf to keep it enabled, not bringing
this incompatibility into opensolaris now.
