- how does this tool compete with pgadmin ? -  http://www.pgadmin.org/
- what value add does phppgadmin give over pgadmin that we chose to 
integrate this ? Does PostgreSQL team recommend this over the other ?
- Should we integrate phpmyadmin and phppgadmin in a similar fashion so 
that administer has the same way to manage either of these ?
- why are we integrating phppgadmin-apache.conf in both places ?  This 
will require us to to update our file layout when apache 2.4 is released ?

 /etc/phppgadmin/phppgdmin-apache.conf

and 
 /etc/apache2/2.2/samples-conf.d/phppgadmin-apache.conf

- We should strive to keep our file layout as close to other popular 
distributions . This will help to reduce the learning curve to adopt our stack 
and admin tools.
