- how does this tool compete with pgadmin ? - http://www.pgadmin.org/ - what value add does phppgadmin give over pgadmin that we chose to integrate this ? Does PostgreSQL team recommend this over the other ? - Should we integrate phpmyadmin and phppgadmin in a similar fashion so that administer has the same way to manage either of these ? - why are we integrating phppgadmin-apache.conf in both places ? This will require us to to update our file layout when apache 2.4 is released ?
/etc/phppgadmin/phppgdmin-apache.conf and /etc/apache2/2.2/samples-conf.d/phppgadmin-apache.conf - We should strive to keep our file layout as close to other popular distributions . This will help to reduce the learning curve to adopt our stack and admin tools. thanks sriram Thava Alagu wrote: > > Please see the attached updated materials for phppgadmin for review > and your comments are welcome. > > Note: I am sending this to database-discuss at opensolaris.org as well. > This has gone through few iterations after some earlier discussions in > webstack-discuss at opensolaris.org > > -thava > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > _______________________________________________ > > > webstack-discuss mailing list > webstack-discuss at opensolaris.org > http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/webstack-discuss
