There is no svr4 package for drupal, it exists only in IPS. You could use pkgrecv to grab a copy from pkg.opensolaris.org/webstack and later pkgsend to send it your repo on localhost. IPS packages don't yet have a defined on-disk format. "Web Stack" is a project/community not a package ;-) You should decide which actual packages you need (apache, php, mysql, etc, but watch for the dependencies) and you could do the same trick as above (from pkg.opensolaris.org in this case). These ones do exist as svr4 packages but I don't know of anywhere convenient you could grab them from (aside building all of SFW yourself which is too painful).
