The change in package name is captured in the ARC draft that I sent out
earlier. This is done as part of the package and file layout changes
that is happening with the upcoming php 5.2.6 integration so as to allow
a smoother PHP 5.3 integration happen in the very near future (even
within 2008.11 if possible).

Currently, PHP 5.2.4 is provided within SUNWapch22m-php5. Though, PHP
5.2.6 is backward compatible with the currently integrated PHP 5.2.4,
upcoming PHP 5.3 is not totally backward compatible. So, we need to
include version information within this glue package so as to allow a
smoother integration of PHP 5.3 glue package without causing confusion.
