You don't need to use that template if it qualifies as a fast track. Take a look at the various recent cases (like apache 2.2, php extensions, etc) for sample specs, you can just copy the format and ajust to your needs. As long as the key architectural info is covered (interface changes, layout/packaging changes, stability, how that stability correlates to the community, etc) the format isn't that important. -- Jyri J.
