 Can you try create the below symbolic link and see if  it helps
ln -sf /usr/mysql/5.0/lib/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.15  
/usr/mysql/5.0/lib/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.12
 
 If this does address your issue, then this issue is because of CR: 
6625381 and I will be addressing this issue with build 83
