Hi satya , Thanks for looking into this .To resolve this problem ,you need to do the following before you start the compilation unset PROFILE ;export PROFILE . This is a known error as per the error message below .
"/usr/dist/pkgs/cue/env/std/Profile: cannot create" PROFILE variable was set. unsetting didn't take effect. Enter "unset PROFILE" line in all the following files, if you already have them, and run incremental nightly: .profile, .profile.user, .kshrc, .kshrc.user.
