Jan contacted me and has provided some useful input into this. We'll
leave out fam and memcache as they've been deprecated and mod_cml had
been replaced by mod_magnet which requires lua support and which we
don't have at the moment. Based on Jan's input I'll re-evaluate what is
possible today and we can then decide from that more limited set what to
include.

I have a draft Arc Case which I'm about to send out in the hope of
getting a discussion going about the various aspects of integrating
Lighttpd. The build option stuff isn't in there in detail yet.

LDAP is an interesting case and Lighttpd does require OpenLDAP even
though this never gets flagged when running the configure script with
ldap support requested. I need to do some investigation here.

I'll go away and test some of the various flags and compare with the
Coolstack Lighttpd.
