Ah well, you're hitting the IPS bug which prevents installing from non-'preferred' repository. See: http://blogs.sun.com/jyrivirkki/entry/web_stack_repository_updates You need to keep pkg.opensolaris.org as the preferred one or pkg won't find any dependencies. Then install the Web Stack packages using the workaround documented in my blog above. The IPS bug is fixed now, but only as of b94 http://blogs.sun.com/jyrivirkki/entry/ips_updates -- Jyri J.
