I want to see all web stack discussions take place here on the web
stack list.  Splintering some threads elsewhere only makes them more
difficult to follow and more difficult to find later in the archives.

But yes, we should definitely involve other project communities
wherever necessary (sfw most often but others if the need arises). But
post the information here first and then post a pointer to it along
with an invitation to participate & comment to the other list(s).

(cc'ing both lists would also work and might be necessary on some
threads, but that's just duplicate emails for all of us on both so
it's not as nice.)
