Hi,

This is also very confusing with postgresql in Solaris 10 U4,
there a postgresql Version 8.1.9 in /usr/bin/:


>/usr/bin/postgres --version
postgres (PostgreSQL) 8.1.9

> /usr/postgres/8.2/bin/postgres --version
postgres (PostgreSQL) 8.2.4
