Apache22 went into maintenance on snv b89 BEFORE I updated the Vermillion packages to vermillion b91. It was the same error number for apache22. I had assumed that webconsole or something was blocking its port...but obviously that was not correct. So I don't believe that Vermillion b91 was the problem, although it certainly did not fix it. aric
