Dr Ulrich Issberner has been working within the Personal Care industry in various functions for more than 20 years. Starting as a medical doctor in dermatological consumer testing at Henkel, he moved on to become an application specialist and heading marketing at Cognis and BASF Personal Care. Today, he is driving the development of personal care ingredients towards the consumer needs of performance and naturality.
