compareToExpected does not support HTMLID option

I see in the manual that the comparetoexpected supports an htmlid option which
would be a great help for my current project. While the option is not rejected
by webtest, it still looks at the entire html source for that page. I looked
at the CompareToExpected.java file and could not find the option in the code.
A sample of the webtest code used is:
<compareToExpected description="Verify Patient Liability List is same as last
time" toFile="37506PatLiability.html"
htmlid="MMISForm:MMISBodyContent:PatLiabilityPanel:PatLiabilityList"/>
It would great if a fix could be found for this page as it will enable me to
focus on the specific parts of the page.
